At what temperature should you wash the clothes?
You can easily wash our clothes at 30°C. This helps keep colors and fabrics looking great for longer. For best results, turn them inside out and use a mild detergent — so you can enjoy them for a long time.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have checked and confirmed that the address is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be provided.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship within Switzerland and across Europe. If interest in our clothing increases from other regions, we will expand our shipping accordingly.
How much does shipping cost?
That’s completely up to you: we offer two different shipping options — express shipping and standard shipping. This way, you can choose when your order will arrive.
